Sparkling Wines

Sparkling wines are those that contain natural bubbles, generated by a second fermentation—either in the bottle (traditional method) or in the tank (Charmat method). Their style can range from very dry (Brut Nature) to very sweet (Doux), and they are produced in different regions around the world.
Among the most recognized are Cava and Corpinnat (Spain), Champagne (France), Prosecco and Franciacorta (Italy), and Sekt (Germany).
