Celler del Cava Rosé Brut Nature is a true aromatic gem, made from Monastrell, Garnacha Negra, and Trepat, three classic varieties of D.O. Cava. Its fine, delicate bubbles, together with its freshness and fragrance, make it perfect for any occasion, from aperitifs to desserts.
This cava stands out for its captivating aroma and intense color, thanks to a careful selection of grapes from the vineyards of Penedès. The bunches are meticulously monitored to ensure good color, balanced acidity, and a moderate alcohol level. After fermenting separately, the varieties are blended in precise proportions. The wine rests for at least twelve months on the lees in the winery’s underground cellars for the second fermentation in bottle. The process ends with riddling and disgorging, without adding dosage liqueur, resulting in a pure, clean, and brilliant cava. Celler del Cava Rosé is the ideal companion for any aperitif, tapas, or more elaborate dishes such as rice or oily fish.
