Les Mines is a singular sparkling wine made as a blanc de noirs from Garnatxa Negra and Sumoll, sourced from just two plots located in the Espiells area, very close to the historic water mine that gives the wine its name. The 2024 vintage reflects the character of this setting, with organic viticulture and a clear intention to express its origin. Crafted following the ancestral method, it undergoes a single fermentation in bottle, with no added sugars, resulting in a Brut Nature of great purity. On the nose, aromas of fresh red fruit stand out, along with floral notes and a subtle citrus touch. On the palate, it is fresh, light, and vibrant, with a fine, natural mousse, balanced acidity, and a clean finish that invites another sip.
