Bruant is an organic Brut Nature cava made from Pansa Blanca using the ancestral method and with no added sulfites, with a minimum aging of 15 months on lees. It stands out for its freshness, balance, and fine bubbles, with notes of white fruit, baked apple, and almond, ideal for a natural, gastronomic expression.
Bruant, from Alta Alella, is an ancestrally made cava following the traditional method, with no added sulfites, produced from Pansa Blanca (Xarel lo) from organic vineyards located between 100 and 220 meters above sea level, on sauló soils (sandy-loam) with a southeast orientation. The grapes are carefully selected both in the vineyard and in the winery to guarantee impeccable health. The must undergoes a single fermentation that finishes in the bottle, followed by aging on the lees for between 15 and 24 months. It is bottled without dosage and with no addition of sulfites or any other products throughout the entire process.
It shows a pale yellow color with a fine bubble; on the nose, floral aromas stand out, along with baked ripe apple and a subtle background of nuts and dried grass. On the palate, it is creamy and fresh, with a very well-integrated and persistent bubble, with hints of white fruit and almonds.
