Natural sweet wine made from black Garnacha from the Costers del Segre DO, produced with overripe grapes raisined on the vine, concentrated, complex and balanced, with notes of ripe fruit and good freshness.

 
Rasim Vimadur is a natural sweet wine produced in the DO Costers del Segre from Garnacha Negra grapes grown in vineyards located in Nalec, in the Valls del Riu Corb subzone. Its name, Rasim, refers to the medieval term for grape and gives meaning to a project developed together with designer Claret Serrahima, focused on crafting sweet wines with a singular character. It is made from overripe grapes that have raisined on the vine, achieving a high concentration of sugars naturally, without losing freshness. Fermentation in tanks with manual pigeage results in a complex wine, with notes of ripe black fruit, jam, and spicy hints, and a rich, enveloping palate, sweet yet balanced by lively acidity. Limited production of 1,085 bottles in the 2018 vintage.
