Natural sweet wine made from Garnacha Blanca and Xarel-lo from the Costers del Segre DO, produced with shade-dried grapes, complex, elegant and balanced, with notes of ripe fruit and honey.
Rasim Vipansit is a natural sweet wine produced in the DO Costers del Segre from Garnacha Blanca and Xarel·lo grapes from vineyards located in Nalec, in the Valls del Riu Corb subzone. The name Rasim, linked to the medieval term used to refer to grapes, continues a project developed together with designer Claret Serrahima, focused on crafting sweet wines with a singular character. In this case, the wine is made from grapes that, after reaching their optimum ripeness on the vine, are left to raisin in the shade on straw beds for several months, naturally concentrating their sugars. They are then selected by hand and fermented in tank, resulting in a complex and elegant wine with notes of ripe white fruit, honey and candied fruit, and a silky, sweet palate balanced by good acidity. Limited production of 1,717 bottles in the 2020 vintage.
