100% Chardonnay white wine from four vineyards. It combines freshness and fruit with partial aging in French oak, which brings complexity and elegant toasted notes. Broad, long and very fresh on the palate, it is a balanced, food-friendly wine.
A 100% Chardonnay monovarietal made from four selected vineyards. Its winemaking process seeks a balance between freshness and complexity.
After pressing, 76% of the wine ferments and undergoes partial malolactic fermentation, with lees aging in 300-liter French oak barrels (first and second use) for 4.5 months, providing structure and elegant toasted and pastry notes. The remaining 25% ferments and ages on lees in stainless steel tanks at low temperature, thus preserving the fruit expression and vibrancy.
In the glass, it shows an intense yellow color with greenish highlights. On the nose, aromas of ripe fruit and citrus appear, balanced with subtle toasted notes that evolve over time.
On the palate, it is broad, long, and very fresh, with marked acidity (6.9 g/L) that brings tension and persistence. Dry (
