Sedó Barceló is a young wine made in Bellmunt del Priorat by the Sedó Barceló family, expressing the intense, Mediterranean character of this land. Crafted from a blend of Garnacha Negra, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, it combines the typicity of Priorat with a fresh and approachable profile.
In the glass, it shows a lively, bright violet-red color. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruit stand out, with hints of compote, accompanied by notes of candied orange, balsamic touches and a delicate licorice background.
On the palate, it is warm and smooth on entry, with a good presence of red fruit and nuances of licorice that add complexity without losing balance. The overall impression is expressive yet easy to enjoy, with a pleasant and gentle finish.
With its 15% ABV, it is a wine with character yet very versatile at the table, ideal to pair with rice dishes, stews and oven-roasted meats.
