Sentiments is a wine of intense red color with a brick-red rim. It stands out for its freshness and elegance on the nose, where aromas of red and black fruits predominate, accompanied by toasted and smoky notes thanks to its barrel aging. On the palate, it is smooth and structured, with a notable concentration of fruit, spices, and toasted notes.
Garnacha and Cariñena
The Garnacha and Cariñena grape varieties planted in the municipality of Poboleda (DOQ Priorat) are the basis for producing the red wine SENTIMENTS 2021.
After a selection of bunches and 6 months of aging in American and French oak barrels, we have a fresh, complex, and rounded wine. Once in the winery, the grapes are destemmed and crushed. This is followed by cold maceration with light extraction, followed by maceration-fermentation. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation and rests in American and French oak barrels for 6 months.
