Lapola Dominio do Bibei is one of the most elegant and precise white wines from Ribeira Sacra. In this vintage, it is made from Godello (92%), Albariño (5%), Doña Blanca (2%) and Treixadura (1%), a blend that faithfully reflects the Atlantic and mineral character of the winery’s mountain vineyards.
The ageing takes place over 9 months on its lees, combining French oak and Austrian oak foudre, which brings complexity, volume and a very fine integration of the wood, always respecting the varietal expression and the character of the terroir.
On the nose, it stands out for its balance between freshness and depth, with ripe white fruit, citrus nuances, floral hints and a subtle mineral background. On the palate, it is broad, elegant and structured, with an enveloping texture, well-integrated acidity and a long, harmonious finish.
A gastronomic, refined white with ageing potential, demonstrating the seriousness and cellaring potential of the great white wines of Ribeira Sacra.
