This medium-aged red wine from the Ribeira Sacra DO is made exclusively from the Mencía variety, sourced from vineyards located on slate slopes beside the Sil River. Its production seeks to convey the mineral essence of the land and the Atlantic character of the area, while respecting the identity of the vineyard. On the nose, it stands out for its aromatic profile, with tart red fruit, balsamic notes, and spicy nuances, over a mineral and slightly saline background. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, with good acidity, soft tannins, and a long, elegant finish. A delicate wine with personality and a very pleasant lingering finish.
