Deliri Floral ECO is a singular and expressive organic wine made from a carefully selected blend of 75% Muscat de Frontignan and 25% Sauvignon Blanc from Penedès. Its production is as original as its character: both musts ferment together in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with the aim of preserving their aromatic intensity and floral profile to the fullest.
Towards the end of fermentation, when some natural sugars still remain, part of the wine is separated and bottled so that it can finish fermenting in the bottle itself, resulting in a natural sparkling wine made using the ancestral method. The rest of the wine completes fermentation in tank and is bottled as a still white wine, clean, aromatic, and fresh. This dual winemaking process brings complexity and a unique personality to the whole.
In the glass, it shows a pale yellow color with greenish highlights. On the nose, it is intense and captivating, dominated by floral aromas reminiscent of orange blossom, rose, and jasmine. With oxygenation, delicate citrus and herbal nuances emerge, such as lime and freshly cut grass, along with a subtle mineral background.
On the palate, it is smooth and elegant, with a slight initial sensation of sweetness that is quickly balanced by lively, refreshing acidity, leaving a fresh, floral, and very pleasant impression. An ideal wine for those seeking originality, naturalness, and aromatic expression in its purest form.
