From old vines nearly 100 years old, this wine authentically reflects the volcanic strength and Atlantic spirit of the Canary Islands. Listán Negro, the island’s emblematic red variety, ferments spontaneously with native yeasts, with a month-long maceration on the skins and 20% whole clusters. Neither fined nor filtered, it preserves all of its natural purity.
After 9 months of aging in French oak barrels, it reveals an intense mineral and fruity expression, with aromas of black fruit, smoky notes, and a saline touch that evokes the sea. On the palate it is smooth, fresh, and balanced, with lively acidity and a long, elegant finish.
