Semi-sweet white wine from Tenerife, made with cold maceration and controlled fermentation that is stopped at 2 C to preserve its natural sweetness. Aromatic, fresh and balanced, with notes of white fruit and flowers.

Brumas d Ayosa is a semi-sweet white wine produced in the Valle de Güímar DOP, in Tenerife, by the Bodega Comarcal del Valle de Güímar. Its process begins with destemming the grapes and a cold maceration to extract the finest aromas from the skins, which will take center stage in the wine. The must is gently clarified and ferments at a controlled temperature until the perfect balance between acidity and unfermented sugar is reached. At that moment, fermentation is naturally stopped by cooling the must-wine to 2 C, thus preserving a fresh, light sweetness. The result is a fragrant, seductive wine that is pleasant on the palate, with notes of white fruit, flowers, and a fresh, balanced finish.
