Puput Pét-Nat Rosé is an ancestral sparkling wine made from organically farmed Mataró (Monastrell), following the Pétillant Naturel method, with no added sulfites and unfiltered. After a gentle pressing, the must begins a spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel that is completed inside the bottle itself, thus preserving its natural, fresh, and daring character. It shows a pale pink color, bright and slightly cloudy, with aromas of strawberry, pomegranate, redcurrant, and violets. On the palate, it is a dry, expressive, and linear wine, with a fine, crunchy bubble, dominated by red fruit, citrus notes of grapefruit, and a subtle saline touch. Refreshing, bold, and irresistible in style, it reflects all the vitality of the Mediterranean.
