Puput Pét-Nat is the crispest and most surprising expression of Pansa Blanca (Xarel lo), crafted using the ancestral Pétillant Naturel Method from organic grapes with no added sulfites. After spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, it is bottled before the process is complete, finishing in the bottle itself, preserving a natural, fresh, and rustic character, with slight cloudiness and a crown cap closure. It shows a pale yellow color with greenish highlights, floral aromas and white fruit such as pear and green apple, with subtle notes of fennel and green almond. On the palate it is dry, light, and vibrant, with a fine, crisp bubble that enhances its freshness. The 2024 vintage is marked by excellent fruit health and balanced wines with great aromatic expression. Awarded 90 points in Guía Peñín 2025 and 92 points in La Vanguardia Comer Magazine 2024, it is an essential wine for those seeking authenticity and naturalness.
