Its maturation combines first- and second-fill bourbon casks with sherry casks, bringing complexity and aromatic balance. On the nose, it offers notes of ripe fruit, honey, vanilla, and a subtle maritime character. On the palate, it is smooth and elegant, with flavors of apple, peach, delicate spices, and a light saline undertone that reflects its coastal origin.
