Pietro Toso Prosecco Millesimato Extra Dry DOC is an Italian sparkling wine made from 85% Glera and 15% Chardonnay, Pinot, Verdisio, Perera, and Bianchetta, sourced from a selected vintage. The second fermentation is carried out using the Charmat method in stainless steel tanks, preserving freshness and primary aromas. It shows a straw-yellow color with greenish highlights and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, it combines white fruit and citrus with notes of green apple, pear, and a subtle floral hint. On the palate, it is light and elegant, with lively acidity and a smooth finish with a slightly off-dry touch typical of the Extra Dry style, which brings roundness and approachability to the wine.
