Made using the Charmat method from Glera and Garganega grapes, harvested in September in the Veneto region (Italy), this prosecco has been created by Cinzano’s expert winemakers to guarantee an authentic Aperol Spritz experience. This blend of dry sparkling wine offers a fresh, effervescent, and fruity taste, with predominant aromas of apple and pear. Its bubbles are fine and persistent, and its color is a pale straw yellow.
On the nose, it is light and refreshing, with fruity, floral, and herbaceous notes of white flowers, pear, apple, and banana, along with hints of almond and ripe plum, and some mineral notes.
On the palate, it shows a dry, well-balanced acidity, with just enough residual sugar to add a pleasant touch. The recommended serving temperature is 4-6 C.
