100% Syrah
Las Ruchets is a vineyard planted with very old Syrah vines, up to 90 years old. This parcel is located in the heart of Cornas, surrounded by juniper and evergreen oaks. It benefits from a granitic subsoil and an eastern exposure.
A Grand vin, very structured and elegant, with aging potential of many years. Gently matured for two years in oak casks to reveal its terroir-driven profile, it offers aromas of blackberries, currant and violet, mild spices and pepper. It truly represents the estate’s signature wine. The ultimate wine to share over dinner with friends and a great wine to pair with roasted duck fried in spices.
