Clos Haut-Peyraguey 2023 is a top-tier Sauternes, from one of the highest and most privileged vineyards in Bommes, opposite Yquem. The mist from the Ciron encourages Botrytis cinerea, concentrating the fruit’s sugar and aromas. The wine shows exquisite purity, with notes of candied peach, apricot, honey, and white flowers, supported by lively acidity that brings freshness. On the palate it is creamy, deep, and harmonious, with a silky, persistent finish. A 1er Grand Cru Classé that stands out for its elegance and balance.
