Coteaux Bourguignons is a red wine made from 100% Gamay that expresses the fresh, fruity character of this typical Burgundy variety. It is a wine designed for immediate enjoyment, with an approachable, highly food-friendly style that invites sharing in informal moments.
It shows an intense cherry-red color with violet highlights. On the nose, aromas of black and red fruit such as cassis and cherry stand out, accompanied by light spicy and toasted nuances. On the palate, it is fresh and generous, with crunchy fruit, silky tannins, and an enveloping texture that makes it very easy to drink. The finish is lively and balanced, with good freshness and a pronounced fruity character.
It is ideal with grilled meats, poultry and white meats, meat dishes in sauce, terrines, cured meats, and soft cheeses or goat’s cheese.
