Ipsis Blanc Flor is a harmonious blend of Macabeo (Viura), Xarel·lo and Muscat, vinified separately to preserve their full aromatic richness. Its straw-yellow color with greenish highlights reveals a clean, bright wine. On the nose, it displays an intense fruity expression, with aromas of green apple and pineapple, accompanied by subtle spicy notes that bring elegance and complexity. On the palate, it is pleasant, balanced and persistent, with a long finish that invites you to keep enjoying it. It reaches its peak during the first year and is ideal with seafood and raw, grilled, sauced or smoked fish. It also pairs perfectly with soups, creams and fresh cheeses.
