Dominio de Elbio is a wine that breaks the mold in Ribera del Duero. It is born in La Horra, at 869 meters above sea level, in a wild vineyard surrounded by woodland and wildlife, where nature sets the pace. Made from Tinta Fina, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, this red reflects sustainable viticulture and precise aging in barrel and foudre, taming its power without sacrificing freshness.
Deep garnet in color, it reveals aromas of black fruit, wild herbs, spices and berries. On the palate it is broad, balanced and vibrant, with polished tannins and a long finish.
Its label symbolizes the tree of life, a metaphor for the balance between the earthly and the spiritual, between roots and sky.
Dominio de Elbio is a mature, expressive and serene wine, a tribute to the land and to the knowledge that comes from listening to it.
Pairing: it pairs perfectly with red meats, game, spiced stews, mushrooms or aged cheeses.
