Vizcarra Inés 2021 is an intense and elegant wine that blends the structure of tinto fino (90%) with the softness and freshness of merlot (10%). It comes from 50- and 11-year-old vineyards, hand-harvested in 15 kg crates. Fermentation takes place in new open 400-liter barrels with daily punch-downs and controlled temperature for optimal extraction. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in barrel, and the wine is aged for 16 months in 50% French and 50% American oak, resulting in a complex, seductive red with great aging potential.
