Yellow color with greenish reflections. Intense aromas of ripe white fruits, very intense and persuasive, also with empyreumatic notes. On the palate it is full-bodied, with volume and great unctuousness.

100% Xarel lo Vineyards from the Finca la Boltana estate, over 70 years old. Hand-harvested, selecting the bunches on a sorting table. Pre-fermentation cold maceration (5º) for 12 hours in order to extract the maximum qualities of this grape from this very low-yield vineyard. It is then gently pressed, followed by fermentation at a low temperature (14º). Once fermentation is complete, the wine is aged on its own lees for 3 months.
