White wine made from 50% Xarel lo and 50% Chardonnay. Taut green color with yellow reflections. Aromas of white fruit and floral notes, with intensity and persistence. On the palate it is balanced, with a long, fragrant finish.

Light pre-fermentative maceration in order to extract the maximum aromatic compounds, followed by gentle pressing to obtain free-run juice. Next, fermentation is carried out at a low temperature (15º) in order to preserve aromatic compounds and freshness.
