Floral and expressive rosé wine, made from tempranillo from a singular plot located in the municipality of Sant Llorenç d’Hortons, in the DO Penedès, a privileged enclave with clay and limestone soils that promote optimal drainage and bring mineral richness to the vines of more than 35 years old growing on this estate. After a careful harvest, the grapes are destemmed and pressed without contact with the skins, allowing for a soft, bright color while preserving all the freshness and fruity character of the tempranillo. Fermentation is stopped early to preserve a touch of residual sugar that balances the wine’s natural acidity, offering a fresh, vibrant and slightly luscious palate, with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, wildflowers and a subtly vegetal background. It is an ideal rosé for informal moments or to accompany light dishes that call for a cheerful wine with personality.
