An extraordinary and unique Montsant, born from the enthusiasm to revive a project started by 6 winegrowers from La Figuera with the collaboration of René Barbier Jr. Made from Garnacha vines 30 to 70 years old, planted at 550 metres above sea level.
Appearance: Garnet colour shining with reddish highlights.
Nose: An enticing aroma, with citrus and floral touches unusual for Montsant, notes of redcurrant and raspberries, and balsamic nuances of Mediterranean undergrowth.
Palate: A light and fresh wine, with notes of raspberries and wild blackberries. On the palate it feels concentrated and balanced, with a pleasant and refreshing finish.
Fermented and aged for 8 months in buried cement tanks. This wine is a true treasure. You can enjoy it with friends, sharing a day of paella or grilled meat, leaving everyone impressed. You can also savour it on your own, in a quieter setting, appreciating its nuances and letting its balanced acidity invite you to another sip. In any case, it will not disappoint!
