Coca i Fitó Blanc Eco is a young white wine produced in the DO Montsant from Garnacha Blanca with a small addition of Macabeo, sourced from organically farmed vineyards. It undergoes a brief lees ageing that adds complexity and a subtle creamy texture, while maintaining a fresh and vibrant profile. On the nose, it stands out for its aromas of tropical fruit, white-fleshed fruit, and notes of green fruit such as lime, accompanied by herbaceous and balsamic nuances and a saline background that reflects its mineral character. On the palate, it is balanced, with good tension, refreshing, and with a pleasant slightly creamy finish thanks to its bottle ageing.
