Vintage Series 1995 Vintage is a limited-edition sweet wine that invites you to rediscover the expressive potential of the palomino grape in its lesser-known form. Made from a late harvest and aged for 29 years in casks that previously held oloroso, it is a wine produced through static, oxidative aging, matured in the towns of Sanlúcar, El Puerto, and Jerez.
With an alcohol content of 21.5%, this oenological gem reaches its full splendor after nearly three decades, being bottled in spring 2024 in an exclusive production of 3,696 bottles.
Deep mahogany in color, it reveals an intense and fragrant nose, with notes of candied stone fruit, spices, vanilla, and noble toasted nuances. On the palate it is sweet and luscious, with vibrant acidity that balances the palate and extends its persistence. Hints of caramelized orange peel, smoky wood, and a complex, enveloping finish emerge.
Ideal with foie gras, desserts, aged cheeses, or nuts. Serve between 10 and 12 C.
