This red wine from the DO Empordà is made from a careful selection of varieties from old vines located in different municipalities of Alt Empordà. The winemaking follows a traditional approach, with a short ageing in oak barrels that allows the different plots to integrate and harmonise. The harvest is carried out when the grapes have reached their optimum ripeness to achieve a balanced and rounded profile. On the nose, notes of ripe fruit stand out, with a fresh and expressive character. On the palate, it is fine, mellow and well-structured, with a smooth texture and a pleasant finish that invites you to keep enjoying it.
