Unic Garnatxa Blanca is an organic white wine from Conca de Barberà, made from Garnacha Blanca from old bush-trained vines at 600 m altitude. Fermented in small steel tanks to preserve its character. Pale yellow color with greenish highlights. Intense aroma, with notes of ripe fruit and broom. On the palate it is warm, full-bodied, and persistent. Ideal with mild cheeses or monkfish rice.
This organic white wine, made from Garnacha Blanca from bush-trained vines over 60 years old at 600 meters above sea level, is a true gem of Conca de Barberà. Microvinification in stainless steel tanks of just 1,000 liters and at low temperature preserves its aromatic expression to the fullest.
Unic Garnatxa Blanca shows a pale yellow color with greenish highlights, bright and clean. On the nose, it stands out for its aromatic intensity, with notes of ripe fruit and a characteristic hint of broom. On the palate, it is broad, warm, and persistent, with that touch of volume that well-crafted Garnacha Blanca brings.
