Unic Trepat Garrut is an organic signature red wine, with a limited production of 7,000 bottles. The Garrut (Carignan) comes from old vines at 200 m, and the Trepat from young vines at 362 m altitude. Light, fresh, and fruity, with aromas of red berries (raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, redcurrant) and floral notes. On the palate, it is agile and expressive. A singular wine born from the fusion of two varieties with plenty of personality: organically grown Trepat from young vines at 362 meters altitude, and Garnacha from old vines planted at 200 meters. This combination brings to life a light, aromatic red wine full of freshness, crafted with the utmost respect for nature.
Its winemaking begins with 5 days of cold maceration, followed by controlled fermentation up to 24 ºC. Malolactic fermentation takes place in the same stainless steel tank, thus preserving all the wine’s fruity expression. Bottled with the utmost care to avoid oxidation.
In the glass it shows a lively, cheerful, bright red color. On the nose, aromas of red fruits such as raspberries, blackberries, currants, and blueberries stand out, accompanied by subtle floral notes. On the palate it is light, juicy, and fruit-forward, ideal for those seeking fresh, expressive, easy-drinking red wines.
An author’s wine with a youthful soul and natural spirit. Perfect for enjoying by the glass or pairing with light dishes, charcuterie, pasta, or tapas.
