Garnacha Peluda - Syrah
The grapes come from old vineyards between 30 and 60 years old planted on clay and granite soils. This wine was made using the saignée method, which consists of not pressing the grapes and waiting for the skins to bleed. Produced with a fermentation that remained at rest on its lees for 4 months. A young and fruity wine.
