32% Grenache, 26% Syrah, 21% Merlot, 15% Carignan, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon It is made from clusters from vines that are mostly under 30 years old and planted on the winery’s estates. These are Carignan, Grenache, Cabernet, Merlot and Syrah vines from vineyards spread across a very extensive geography, at diverse altitudes and terrains, where sunlight comes from every point of the compass. With these variables and the presence of llicorella, Celler Vall Llach obtains a must of great structure and complexity that allows it to craft Embruix.
