Cherry-colored wine with good aromatic intensity, where fruit aromas (blackberry) and licorice stand out, with subtle, well-integrated notes of barrel aging. Its acidity makes it a fresh wine. Soft, rounded tannins provide a pleasant and persistent palate.

 
100% Mataró (Monastrell) Organic red wine made with a portion of grapes grown without any kind of treatment in the vineyard. The grapes undergo a 10-day maceration-fermentation at 25ºC in wooden vats, where malolactic fermentation takes place. Finally, the wine rests for 3 months in wood before being bottled. No sulfites or any other products are added throughout the entire winemaking process.
