100% Pansa Blanca elBadiu is an organic barrel-aged white wine made by Vinos de la Memoria from the Pansa Blanca variety in DO Alella (Catalonia). It is vinified just as it used to be in this region. It ferments spontaneously with native yeasts and is aged for 6 months in 650-liter chestnut wood casks and in stainless steel tanks with its skins. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered and may contain sediment. El Soportal is a fresh and complex wine made from a single vineyard and vinified as the Catalan farmhouses used to do in the past. A white that refreshes historical memory.
