Isle of Skye 8 Years Old is a blended Scotch whisky crafted by Ian Macleod Distillers, inspired by the legendary Isle of Skye. Its blend combines a high proportion of malts from the Highlands and the island itself, together with grain whiskies aged for a minimum of 8 years in oak casks. The result is a balanced whisky with character and elegance, in which the smoky and saline notes typical of Skye merge with hints of honey, vanilla, and spices. On the palate it is smooth, medium-bodied, and perfectly balanced between sweetness and peat. Long, warm, and slightly spicy finish.
