Redemption Rye is an American rye whiskey that revives the classic, spicy style of this grain, which starred in the first whiskeys of the United States. Made with a high rye content (95%) and 5% malted barley, it is distilled in Indiana and bottled at 46% ABV, without chill filtration, to preserve all of its character.
On the nose, notes of mint, black pepper, dill, and toasted caramel stand out. On the palate, it is dry, vibrant, and spicy, with flavors of fresh rye, citrus, vanilla, and dried herbs.
The finish is long, with a spicy and herbal touch, ideal for enjoying neat or in classic cocktails such as the Manhattan or the Old Fashioned.
