Under the direction of Sandy McIntyre, it combines European and American oak, both first-fill and refill, to achieve a rich, balanced profile deeply marked by sherry.
This whisky precisely expresses the influence of sherry-seasoned wood, with intense aromas of dried fruit, raisins, and dates, accompanied by notes of caramel, sweet spices, and a subtle touch of toasted wood.
On the palate, it is silky and structured, with a great richness of flavors that combine the sweetness of sherry with spicy nuances and an enveloping texture. The finish is long, elegant, and persistent, leaving a warm and refined sensation.
