Irish single malt whiskey, triple distilled and made exclusively from malted barley, aged in oak casks that previously held Sherry wine, which gives it an especially rich and enveloping character. On the nose it offers aromas of dried fruits such as raisins and figs, along with notes of caramel, vanilla, and a delicate spicy background. On the palate it is smooth and silky, with flavors of nuts, dark chocolate, and touches of well-integrated wood, maintaining the balance and elegance characteristic of Bushmills. The finish is long, warm, and persistent, with hints of Sherry and sweet spices
