The Dalmore 15 Years is a sophisticated expression that reflects the art of wood aging. After an initial maturation in American oak ex-bourbon casks, the whisky undergoes a triple maturation in Matusalem, Apostoles, and Amoroso sherry casks, which gives it exceptional complexity. On the nose, notes of dried fruit, candied orange, nutmeg, and hints of cocoa stand out. On the palate, it is rounded, silky, and enveloping, with flavors of plum jam, cinnamon, dark chocolate, and nuts.
