The Mannochmore distillery is located a few kilometers south of Elgin, in Morayshire. The distillery draws water from Bardon Burn, which rises in the Mannoch Hills, and cooling water from Gedloch Burn and the Burn of Foths. Mannochmore Single Malt whisky has a light fruity aroma and a smooth, honeyed flavor.
The Flora and Fauna collection consists of 35 whiskies released in 1991, 1997, and 2001 from 26 distilleries. In 2019, another 9 F&F whiskies were released as the Reserve Cask Private Collection. So far, we have counted 83 F&F variations across all editions.
