The 2020 edition of Classic Cut is bottled by Whisky Maker Ian Morrison and features a spirit aged exclusively in oak casks seasoned with Oloroso sherry from Jerez. Colour: straw, sunny. Nose: vanilla with candied orange peel and honey, coconut and raisins, fresh oak and thyme. Palate: sweet ginger, orange, vanilla with a gentle oak spice. Finish: initially sweet with notes of fresh thyme.
