Bruichladdich The Laddie 8 Years Old is a Scottish single malt from the island of Islay that represents a more mature and structured interpretation of the distillery’s classic style. Aged for a minimum of eight years in carefully selected oak casks, it retains Bruichladdich’s characteristic floral and fruity elegance while adding greater depth and roundness. Made from Scottish barley, slowly distilled, and bottled without chill filtration or added coloring, it displays a clean and expressive aromatic profile. On the nose, notes of ripe fruit, soft citrus, sweet malt, and a slightly herbal background emerge. On the palate, it is balanced and silky, with flavors of apple, pear, honey, and a well-integrated touch of spice.
