O Luar do Sil Godello is a white wine from the DO Valdeorras produced by Pago de los Capellanes from the native Godello variety. It comes from vineyards located on granite slopes in the Seadur area, where the mineral soils and Atlantic influence make it possible to obtain fresh, expressive wines with a marked sense of origin.
On the nose it shows clean and intense aromas of white fruit such as apple and pear, citrus, and delicate floral notes, with a subtle mineral background and slight herbaceous hints. On the palate it is fresh, elegant, and balanced, with good acidity, a silky texture, and a long finish that leaves fruity and mineral sensations. It is a highly varietal white that authentically expresses the character of Godello from Valdeorras.
It is ideal to pair with seafood, fish, rice dishes, Mediterranean cuisine, and light dishes.
