Se Sacudía las Abarcas is a 100% Syrah red wine from the Somontano DO, inspired by a family tradition that values every grain of soil. Its cherry-red color with violet rims reflects the personality of the Syrah variety. On the nose, it reveals intense fruity aromas such as currant and balsamic notes, along with barrel-aging nuances like vanilla and cocoa.
It is harvested at night to preserve freshness, with a five-day cold pre-fermentation maceration at 8°C and slow, controlled fermentation, followed by 12 months of aging in American oak barrels (50% first-use, 50% second-use).
On the palate, it enters smoothly and generously, with medium body, velvety tannins, and a pleasant, persistent finish.
Ideal for pairing with grilled meats, stews, baked dishes, legumes, and aged cheeses.
