Belondrade y Lurton is an elegant and complex white wine from Rueda, with ripe fruit, toasted notes, and a creamy, fresh, and persistent palate, a benchmark among the great Verdejos.

Belondrade y Lurton is a white wine from the DO Rueda made exclusively from Verdejo, considered one of Spain’s great age-worthy white wines. It comes from a carefully selected range of plots located in La Seca, where the diversity of soils brings complexity and character. Each plot is vinified separately through fermentation in French oak barrels, followed by ageing on the lees and bottle refinement, which give it depth and elegance. On the nose, it shows great aromatic richness, with stone fruit, tropical notes, and floral and herbaceous nuances, accompanied by subtle toasted hints from the well-integrated oak. On the palate, it is broad, unctuous, and balanced, with fresh acidity that brings tension and a long, persistent finish with a slight bitter touch characteristic of Verdejo. A complex, refined wine with great ageing potential.
