Pago de Carraovejas is a refined interpretation of the Carraovejas Valley, standing out for its balance, structure and delicacy. This wine is the result of meticulous viticulture in a unique setting, with limestone soils, red clays and white marls, and vineyards located at 850 meters above sea level.
The wine was aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Its production is marked by precision at every stage, from the manual selection of the grapes to fermentation with native yeasts, ensuring an authentic expression of the valley.
Finally, the wine is bottled in spring, after being clarified with natural egg white and protected with sulfites, reflecting the passion for detail that characterizes Pago de Carraovejas.
